Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK
Standard Delivery:
Expected delivery time is between 2-4 working days after placing your order. We aim to deliver within these guidelines at all times. However, occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable at very busy times of the year. We therefore advise to give at least 7 working days for delivery before getting in contact with us. We do not offer any refunds for parcels that do not meet this deadline.
Next Day Delivery:
Orders must be made before 1pm for next day delivery on weekdays.
Orders are not delivered by the courier on Sunday or bank holidays
Orders made after 1pm on Thursday will arrive on Monday (unless Saturday delivery is chosen)
Orders made after 1pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
We do not offer any compensation for orders which are delayed where the courier services is at fault.
Scotland & Scottish Isles – (the following area postcodes not in service for next day delivery): AB23, AB30-99, IV, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-40, PH41 Sector 4 & PH49-50 This service is not available in the following areas: Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly.
Where postcodes which have not been listed and have for any reason stopped service by a courier company or its agents we will notify you the customer if we are able to locate an alternate shipper.
International shipments:
Additional charges may accrue on priority, overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. Shipping addresses in certain remote areas may require an additional charge for standard shipping & delivery, otherwise it will go via economy courier. There may be extra charges of VAT and imports duty on international orders. In such cases the customer will be notified by the courier company upon customs clearance of the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what VAT or import charges they may face depending on the country they live in.
Missing Parcels:
Occasionally parcels do go missing. Please allow up to 7 working days from the dispatch date before getting in contact with us. After this we will follow up with the courier company to find out if the parcel has been lost. If it has been lost then we will begin the claim process with the courier company. Once we have received compensation from the courier company we will refund your order. This process can take between 5-14 working days.
Delivery dates:
We will endeavour to deliver your parcel according to the deliver dates given. However specified delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We will not entertain any claim for compensation arising from any late delivery due to a third party carrier.
